Break Free From Pressure


Focusing on the present is a small yet mighty way to make life feel a lot more manageable. During this event we'll first hear from a panel of experts to learn techniques to help us manage the pressures we may be feeling in our daily lives, ways to be present in the moment, and what we can all do to take care of ourselves. After the conversation, a yoga instructor will lead a calming and centering practice that will help us leave the stress of the day behind, even if only for a few moments, as we flow through a grounding yoga sequence.
